Hi Deb, Seems to be that many of us are having the same issues with blogger and pictures. However, I read a tip and it worked for me today. When posting, there is an HTML button and a Compose Button over the dialog box. When adding a picture, switch over to the HTML then go back to Compose and you will see your picture. I hope this helps as I would love to see your O-H-I-O Snowman stitchery.
